UVideo respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This Copyright Policy explains how we respond to claims of copyright infringement on the UVideo platform.

Upon receiving a valid notice, UVideo may take appropriate action, including removing the reported content.


3. Counter Notification

If you believe that your content was removed due to mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter notification including:

  • identification of the removed content

  • a statement that the removal was due to mistake or misidentification

  • your full name and contact information

  • a statement consenting to applicable legal jurisdiction

  • your electronic or physical signature

Upon receiving a valid counter notification, UVideo may restore the content in accordance with our policies and applicable law.


4. Repeat Infringers

UVideo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyrights.


5. Content Removal Policy

UVideo may remove content that is suspected of copyright infringement without prior notice if necessary to comply with applicable laws.
