By creating an account, accessing, or using the UVideo Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

By using this Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian.

• You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

• The information you provide during account registration is accurate and truthful.

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts, including:

• all activities that occur under their account

Users must not:

• share their accounts with others

By uploading content, you represent that you have the legal rights and permission to distribute such content.

UVideo does not assume responsibility for user-uploaded content.

6. Prohibited Content

• Explicit sexual content

• Extreme violence

• Hate speech

• Illegal material

• Malware or malicious software

• Spam or fraudulent content

• Copyrighted material without authorization

UVideo reserves the right to remove any content that violates these rules without prior notice.

7. Copyright and Intellectual Property

Users may not upload content that infringes on the copyrights or intellectual property rights of others.

If UVideo receives a valid copyright infringement notice, we reserve the right to:

• remove the infringing content

• disable access to the content

• suspend or terminate the offending user's account

8. Account Suspension and Termination

UVideo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate user accounts if users:

• violate these Terms of Service

• engage in illegal activities

• misuse the Service

Account termination may occur without prior notice.

9. Inactive Accounts

To maintain system efficiency and server resources, UVideo reserves the right to remove inactive accounts.

An account may be considered inactive if:

• the user has not logged in for more than 12 months, or

• the account has not completed email verification within 30 days of registration

Such accounts may be:

• disabled, or

• permanently deleted along with their associated data and content.

10. Service Availability

UVideo does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Service.

We reserve the right to:

• temporarily suspend the Service

• perform maintenance

• modify or discontinue features

without prior notice.

11. Limitation of Liability

UVideo shall not be held liable for:

• loss of data

• service interruptions

• business losses

• direct or indirect damages

resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.

Users use the Service at their own risk.

12. Content Removal

UVideo reserves the right to:

• remove videos

• restrict access

• block content

that is deemed to violate these Terms or applicable laws.

All decisions regarding content removal are at the sole discretion of UVideo.

13. Cooperation with Law Enforcement

UVideo will cooperate with law enforcement authorities if required as part of a lawful investigation.

We may disclose information when required by applicable law.

14. Changes to the Terms

UVideo may update or modify these Terms of Service at any time.

Users are encouraged to review this page periodically.

Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

Any disputes arising from the use of the Service shall be resolved under applicable Indonesian law.
