This UVideo Service Agreement ("Agreement") describes the terms and conditions under which UVideo ("we") offers services to you ("User"). By using our service, the User agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions: We reserve the right to disable direct linking to user accounts that use excessive bandwidth or abuse the system.

Pornography, nudity, sexual and all kinds of offensive videos are prohibited. Copyrighted material is also strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to decide on appropriate content and may remove videos at any time without the User's notice.

Users must agree to comply with all applicable laws in their location, including copyright and trademark laws. Videos that violate copyright or trademarks are not allowed. If someone has an infringement claim against you, you will be asked to delete the copyright-protected file until the issue is resolved. If there is a dispute between participants on this site, UVideo is under no obligation to get involved.

UVideo is not responsible for your videos or business lost due to unavailability or loss of the website. We do not claim future reliability in serving, hosting or storing your videos.

UVideo is committed to cooperating with any and all legal authorities should an investigation be conducted.
